Everything excess in life becomes poison, so is the food, because things need to be in a proportionate amount to get the optimum results. Eating fancy food may skip the nutritional demand of body. Hence, the chase is directing itself towards a healthy road to offer you a variety of delicious healthy foods. Healthy eating is all about eating right kind of food at right time in a right proportion. It doesn’t mean to have a fix diet plan but to eat a balanced diet.

Breakfast, the most important food of the day, provides fuel to the body and energize it after an overnight fast. Breakfast makes your day. Besides providing a bunch of nutrients to the body, it also helps to reduce obesity and hypertension. It is well heard that “One should eat Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince and Dinner like a Beggar”.

1. Black Eyed Peas with Cilantro Lime dressing

3. Banana Oatmeal with Walnuts

Oats are a rich source of Vitamin B1, Manganese, Zinc and Soluble fibers which help in lowering cholesterol levels and walnuts are rich in amino acid I-arginine which reduces the risk of heart disease. 4. Orange flavored Barley Water
