Break your fast with these 5 healthy meals to have an active day

Everything excess in life becomes poison, so is the food, because things need to be in a proportionate amount to get the optimum results. Eating fancy food may skip the nutritional demand of body. Hence, the chase is directing itself towards a healthy road to offer you a variety of delicious healthy foods. Healthy eating is all about eating right kind of food at right time in a right proportion. It doesn’t mean to have a fix diet plan but to eat a balanced diet.

Breakfast, the most important food of the day, provides fuel to the body and energize it after an overnight fast. Breakfast makes your day. Besides providing a bunch of nutrients to the body, it also helps to reduce obesity and hypertension. It is well heard that “One should eat Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince and Dinner like a Beggar”.

Let the chase bring us some of the healthy breakfast foods to compensate the nutritional demand of the day and to have a healthy body.

1. Black Eyed Peas with Cilantro Lime dressing

This Vegan Gluten-free Soy-free meal is super easy to cook and comes together really quickly as it is prepared within 15 minutes. Considering the nutritional facts, Black Eyed Peas, are loaded with health benefits. They contain Vitamin A, B Vitamins, Soluble fibers, Potassium and Protein in ample amount. To add a flavor and a little more nutrition, garnish it with mint which will also aid in your digestion.

3. Banana Oatmeal with Walnuts

A mixture of sliced bananas and oats spruced up with chopped walnuts. Oats are a rich source of Vitamin B1, Manganese, Zinc and Soluble fibers which help in lowering cholesterol levels and walnuts are rich in amino acid I-arginine which reduces the risk of heart disease. 4. Orange flavored Barley Water

Replace your morning juice or nimbu-pani with a glassful of chilled Barley Water. Barley water is extremely easy to prepare. You just need a cup of barley flour and 5 cups of water.
